1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiabet ("jiabet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jiabet website located at jiabet.vip and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a jiabet account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or simply browsing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, game-specific terms, promotional terms, and the jiabet Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version governing your relationship with jiabet. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a jiabet account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jiabet operates a strict 18+ policy. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and all winnings voided without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of jiabet or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.
• You must not already hold an active jiabet account. Each player is permitted to hold only one jiabet account at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jiabet reserves the right to refuse any application for registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiabet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

jiabet operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming standards and platform integrity requirements. By registering an account, you agree to complete identity verification when requested by jiabet.

Verification documents that jiabet may request include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account under the same name).

jiabet may request verification at any stage: upon registration, before processing the first withdrawal, after a significant change in account activity, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jiabet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the jiabet Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single transaction limits may apply and will be communicated at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your jiabet balance within 60 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing institution.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of approval. jiabet does not guarantee processing times for bank transfer withdrawals, which are subject to third-party financial institution timelines.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the verified identity on your jiabet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• jiabet does not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jiabet bears no responsibility.
• jiabet reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of suspected irregular activity.
• Deposits are for the purpose of genuine gaming and wagering activity only. jiabet reserves the right to reverse any deposit that appears to have been made without genuine intent to wager.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jiabet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jiabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• jiabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly permit this.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, duplicate accounts, or systematic staking designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the jiabet Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jiabet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious error in odds has occurred, as determined by jiabet at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity failure during a bet or game session, jiabet will endeavour to restore the session to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and any stake refunded.
• Odds for all cricket, sports, and other betting markets are set by jiabet and may be updated at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds applicable to that bet.
• jiabet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, including where a result was already known at the time of betting.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jiabet does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiabet Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you have privileged information not available to the general public.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or employees of jiabet.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiabet staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

jiabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those players seriously.

jiabet provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players via their account dashboard after jiabet login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them of elapsed session time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and no deposits or bets are permitted.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiabet Platform — including but not limited to the jiabet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any jiabet content without prior written consent.
• Use jiabet branding, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on jiabet content or software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of jiabet intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiabet's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jiabet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of services caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.
• Events beyond jiabet's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or large-scale network failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiabet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments and Termination

jiabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiabet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jiabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• jiabet is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• jiabet reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account.
• You request account closure.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, any outstanding balance of genuine funds (i.e., deposited funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through jiabet's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
